The overhead rail system conveys garments from pressing, through quality control and automatic bagging to a five tier storage facility with a mezzanine level. The overhead rail system allows for rapid preparation of orders and transfer into despatch vehicles with a telescopic boom.
An automatic trolley loader and unloader was designed and installed by GMS to allow the automatic bagging machine to handle single garments.
